Do you use a tri-pod when taking pictures?
What zoom do you use?
Your pictures are always so clear and shows the details just perfect. I love pictures of animals and landscapes. I check you blog each morning to see what new pictures you have posted.
Hi Teresa,
Thanks so much for the compliment and for checking out my blog each day, I’m really glad you enjoy the photos. I didn’t use a tripod for the blue jay picture, and most of my bird photos are shot hand held because they move around so quickly. I was zoomed into to the end of my 300mm lens and sitting in my car when I took it. Just using a fast shutter speed helps with making the images crisp and clear, Thanks again!

i’m a sucker for good use of depth of field, so this picture speaks to me. i love the detail on this beautiful bird’s tail and wings. plus, i saw this and thought “bird butt!” and it made me laugh!
